Delaware College Scholars’ board of directors has elected Katherine “Katie” Wilkinson as its new board president. Katie succeeds Paul Harrell, who will remain on the board of directors.
Katie comes to DCS with a background in business and deeply understands the value education brings to Delaware’s business community.
As a senior vice president and market executive at Fulton Bank, Katie is responsible for the commercial banking business across Delaware and in Cecil County, Md.
In addition to her role with Delaware College Scholars, Katie serves as vice chair of the board for the Delaware State Chamber of Commerce; board chair of the Partnership – a 501(c)3 organization within the Delaware State Chamber of Commerce that focuses on education; and serves as a trustee of Christiana Care Health Systems.
Katie is a graduate of Smith College in Northampton, Mass. where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Drexel University.
